Important Note:

1. Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before proceeding with the application process.
2. This application form is exclusively for admission into Undergraduate, PGDT, and Masters programs.
3. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory; applicants must not skip any.
4. Applicants must personally fill in the application form and send it to the Registrar via the provided address.
5. Entry Examination and Interview are conducted at the Seminary.
6. Foreign students may be exempted from the examination and interview if they provide satisfactory credentials, references, and evidence of sufficient funds to finance their studies.
7. Foreign students will be advised to take an English examination upon arrival.
